Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns Policy

At HatFlow Company, we want you to love your new hat! We've made our shipping and returns process simple and straightforward. Please review our policies below.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $6.95 (FREE on orders over $50)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.95
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $19.95

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom leather patch hats and embroidered items require additional production time. Most custom orders ship within 2-3 weeks of design proof approval. Rush production is available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package's progress through the carrier's website or in your HatFlow Company account.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available for custom bulk orders—please contact us for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Not custom or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help! Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. We'll send your replacement item once we receive your return, or you can place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping on the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom leather patch hats and personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that show signs of wear or are not in original condition

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HatFlow Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package and arranging to be home for delivery
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Using a secure delivery location

If you believe your package was lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
